Minute Man park grounds clearing makes room for farming in Concord
Minute Man National Historical Park in Concord received $1.7 million through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act passed earlier this year. This summer the park funneled $560,000 of that funding into clearing Buttrick Gardens and historic agricultural fields within the park’s borders.

Wednesday September 8, 2010 CHESHIRE -- Maggie Gervasi scored the winning goal in the final minute to give Lenox a 3-2 victory over Hoosac Valley in the season opener for both teams. Gervasi’s unassisted goal came on a shot that went just under the crossbar and off the fingertips of Hurricanes goalie Shauna Lefebvre, who had eight saves in the defeat.
